How Zenios Works
Transform your guest experience in four simple steps. No technical expertise required.
1. Put an Amazon Echo in your Airbnb
Place an Amazon Echo device in your short-term rental. Any Echo works perfectly with Zenios.
2. Install our Alexa Skill "My Host"
Just say "Alexa, open My Host" to install our Skill on your Echo. You could also do this inside the Alexa app.
3. Create a Property in your Zenios Dashboard
Give your property a name, set the rules and information for your guests and optionally import booking dates from Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo.
4 Link your Echo to your Property
Connect your device using a simple 6-digit code. The process is quick and guided within the Zenios dashboard.
5. Set greetings for upcoming reservations
Personalize welcome messages for each booking. Include names, arrival tips, Wi-Fi details, and any house rules.
6. Tell guests how to trigger the greeting
Leave a small note or picture frame next to your Echo with the phrase below so guests know exactly what to say.
"When you arrive, just say 'Alexa, tell my host we're here'"
